In early 2020, Logitech began redefining the Brand – the goal was to develop a stronger emotional connection with consumers. My team supported Logitech on a series of high-profile campaigns – focused on creativitiy, inclucivity, and taking a social stand. In addition to those campaigns, we modernized the design system for the global CRM program for Logitech & all sub-brands.

Vail Resorts

Creative Direction, Design, Copywriting
Established in the 1950s, Vail has become the premier mountain resort company in the world. With that growth comes the challenge of managing omnichannel marketing for 41 unique resorts. My team worked closely with the Vail team to design a robust yet nimble Design System to manage all touchpoints across brands.

Visa Checkout

Role: Creative Direction, Design
In concert with the launch of Visa Checkout, my team was enlisted to support the global CRM development & shape the consumer experience. This design system & suite of lifecycle touchpoints are at the forefront of the industry. Designed for mobile & built for engagement, the visual components of this program have elevated the Brand.

Ticketmaster

Role: Creative Direction, Design
The project overview was to develop a robust design system for Ticketmaster's Consumer Engagement team. This mobile-responsive system is the foundation for all CRM touchpoints across Ticketmaster's portfolio. It's built from a mobile-first perspective & pushes the Brand to a more scannable, user-centric layout approach.

Visa Infinite

As a longstanding client, Visa Infinite has partnered with our Creative Services on a wide range of projects including: microsites, landing pages, email & direct mail. We've helped Visa to craft & maintain a polished image on all touchpoints with their elite cardholders.

DC Comics

Role: Creative Direction
Email was the key component in Warner's initiative to modernize their digital media. My team had the privilege of redesigning the program across their portfolio of brands. The end product was a consolidated system that was agile enough to serve each division.

Save-a-Lot

Role: Creative Direction, Design, Content Direction
The Midwest grocery retailer, Save-a-Lot, underwent a Brand makeover in 2014. Leading the identity refresh was the email program. My team developed a future-proof design system that looks great on all devices. We also facilitated a major shift in the program – away from straight sales to a balanced approach including engagement content.

Nuance

Role: Creative Direction, Design
One of my favorite projects in recent memory – the Nuance design system & Brand guidelines were based upon the principles of Swiss design. The end product was the essence of simplicity & legibility.

Hewlett-Packard

Role: Creative Direction, Design, Copywriting
For over fifteen years, I've worked with numerous business units at HP. Each team had objectives unique to their specific vertical, but all were beholden to HP's classic Brand. The key takeaway from that work is to respect the trust clients place in agencies working with their Brand. Design teams should know their brands better than the clients themselves.

Nike Golf

This sleek, interactive site helped Nike Golf establish its position as a market leader. It has served as a global digital platform for increasing the company’s presence and communicating its innovative golf technology and equipment, professional athlete success, and social media outreach.
